Health and
Wellness

SJF seeks to invest in health and wellness companies offering compelling patient-centric care solutions that transform the U.S. healthcare system, with a focus on addressing underserved populations and extending care into patients’ homes and communities.

Our Strategy in Health and Wellness

SJF invests in health and wellness companies that provide patient-centric care solutions creating demonstrable improvements in health outcomes. We aim to serve disadvantaged and vulnerable patient groups, and those patients requiring deeper, complex care. Our strategy to date has included a strong focus on preventative care and transforming systems of care to improve the way patients and healthcare providers experience and benefit from health services.

Our Health and Wellness investments from SJF’s latest funds include business models that drive behavior modification and lifestyle interventions, increase access through digital tools, drive deeper engagement using AI technologies, and retain and empower healthcare workers.
