Terabase was recently featured in a Wall Street Journal article by Yuliya Chernova, New Wave of Climate Tech Boosted by Biden Win, published on November 23, 2020.
Solar-technology startup Terabase Energy, for example, raised a $6 million Series A round this year led by SJF Ventures. Founded in 2018 to help manage the operations of large-scale solar projects, Berkeley, Calif.-based Terabase is generating annual revenue in the millions of dollars, and recently broke even, according to Matt Campbell, its co-founder and chief executive.
“Solar has done very well under the Trump administration, not because Trump was supporting it but because the economics have become so compelling,” Mr. Campbell said. Looking forward to the next four years, “the combination of the economics continuing to improve, along with this new support from the federal government, should really propel growth,” Mr. Campbell added.
